Sarah in Europe Part 3

Sarah and Nathan flew from Paris to Lisbon the capital of Portugal. They spent a few days here wandering the streets and absorbing the atmosphere...

A bottle for each year - not very cheap!

Enjoyed a lovely meal of Paella

They took a train out to the Estoril Coastal region to the town of Sintra. The hills around the town are surrounded by the remains of the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace. A bus ride took them up to explore and enjoy the amazing views...

They also went to Cascais which is another pretty coastal town...

Some more shots from Lisbon...

For their final leg of their holiday they flew to Barcelona. Money was very tight by now so they just spent the last few days wandering around and enjoying the lovely weather...

Heaven for sweet tooth Sarah

They went  and had a look at the Sagrada Familia which Sarah had seen a few years ago. She said it had progressed a little more since construction started in 1882! ...

A view looking down on Placa D'Espanya - one of the cities biggest squares...

They visited Olympic Park...

And a view looking down from the Barcelona Art Museum...
And so that was the end of another wonderful holiday and they flew home from Barcelona via Dubai. With no time to recover Sarah was back at university the morning after they arrived home and work the next day - then the jet lag hit!!!
