Orange Tree
We went to my Great Uncle Arnies house as we had arranged to pick some oranges from his tree. Uncle Arnie will be 96 in August and has had a few health issues lately and is now requiring full time care by his daughter and slept the whole time we were there.
Cathie took us to the beautiful old orange tree and we went about picking oranges...

Pinnacles
Janelle and I were the ones brave enogh to leave the warmth of the car and run up a few lookouts and "touch" a Pinnacle...
It would have been a much more pleasant to visit on a nice day and take some decent photos! It is intriging why they have all formed in this spot and it is a much larger area than I thought. Definately a place to revisit and tour through the display and information centre.
After calling into a service station and buying 4 hot drinks we continued on home. I went to take a teabag out of Peter's cup of tea we had bought and it looked like it had been made from bore water, needless to say no one drank their much anticipated hot drink!
We finally arrived home to happy dogs and Poppy.

Kalbarri Day 7
The views were great but you wouldn't want to slip...Peter and Sarah came half way then turned back to get the car and Janelle and I kept going to the Natural Bridge...
Finally making it in just under 2 hours.
After lunch and a few treats from the bakery we hired out a little dingy with a 5hp motor and putted up the river...
Then pulled up on the other side of the bay and did some beach combing..."Flick" the dog (owned by Niko the canoe man) came for a run with us and wanted a game with his stick...
Janelle and I walked into town to watch another spectacular winter sunset...
For our last evening meal in Kalbarri we went to the legendary "Finlay's Fish Barbeque" (an outdoor restaurant on dirt, filled with junk and where you get a roll of toilet paper for your serviettes)...
After our meals we sat around the fire for a while...
And waited for our ticket number to be called to win "The Old Bastards" raffle! We won 2 free meals which we donated back, a bottle of wine, 2 stubbie holders and 2 glasses...
