Just an update on whats been going on around here over the last few weeks. After all the organising and celebrating of Nicole's 21st birthday this picture pretty much sums up how we all felt.....
After a few days rest Dad, Sarah and I took a trip to Perth and tested out the new highway which has just recently opened. It certainly made the trip much quicker then the horrible Old Coast Road.

Dad drove out to see Steven and we then caught the train out to Midland to meet him and headed home.

The gardens were beautiful with lots of spring flowers....
We then drove out to the Harvey Dam. It had filled up so much since we had been out earlier in the year. Another few more weeks of rain and it may have overflowed for the first time.....
Peter, Dad and I went for a game of golf. It wasn't a good day with a freezing wind blowing and some terrible shots, the only highlight were these baby geese out for a wander...

She also ran in the "Run for Poverty" representing Trinity. They went all through Kings Park and surrounds for a few hours.....

And I helped Nicole set up her new machine and get her started.......

We had a mini heatwave for 2 days this weekend which was a bit hard to take after all our cold miserable weather. The sunsets were great.....

Our roses are blooming and always look best at the start of the season.....

Bella now has her stitches out but unfortunately she has become very nervous when we walk her which is a bit sad as she has always loved going for a walk.
We called in and saw Janelle and she modelled us her new ball dress then Sarah and I caught the bus into the city to do some shopping.
Dad drove out to see Steven and we then caught the train out to Midland to meet him and headed home.
A few days later we went out to Harvey and had morning tea at the Settlers Cottage at the Harvey Tourist Info centre.
Nicole and her housemates went to Perth to see the Black Eyed Peas concert. They took little Sonic for his first "road trip". Apparently he was very well behaved and spoilt by Ant's mum but a very tired little boy when he got home. He also just had a little op to halt his manhood tendancies!
Janelle attended her Trinity Ball in Fremantle and had a great night in her new pretty dress...She also ran in the "Run for Poverty" representing Trinity. They went all through Kings Park and surrounds for a few hours.....
Sarah and I have still been busy doing some sewing...
Our roses are blooming and always look best at the start of the season.....
