Janelles first nine holes

Today Janelle came and played her first nine holes of golf. It was a very cold morning but we decided to go today as rain is again forecast all week. She actually beat me on the first hole!

She even managed to drive over the water at hole number 2.........

Some of her putts were very good.

She only lost one ball all day that went into the water, but had some trouble sometimes hitting from where her ball landed!

By the 8th hole she was very weary and was glad the clubhouse was in sight. She says she enjoyed herself despite saying she could have run a marathon in the time it took us and she was tired of all the "gardening" (raking all the bunkers she had been in!)
