Janelle's week home

Janelle doesn't get the big mid year uni break this year due to the hospital rotations they are required to do but she did get a one week break. After a medicine dinner to celebrate mid 4th year and belated half way through med course she packed up and came home.

But she still can't chop an onion without tears!

She talked me into going out to the pool with her as she was trying to stay off her sore foot so swimming was a good alternative. I hadn't been out there since our swimming club days and that stinky chlorine bought back many memories. I had a paddle in the heated pool and watched all the Mums getting their little kiddies ready for lessons...

We went to see the move "What to expect when you are expecting" which was quite good. They had this setup for a photo...

A visit to the podiatrist for the problem foot...

An afternoon out shopping and a yummy afternoon tea at "The Natural Temptation Cafe"...

A final goodbye to her old stereo system that no longer works and takes up half her bedroom space...

Again no running so a ride on Mums cargo bike...

A nice week home then back to uni.
